Warranties, explained in plain English
We’ll show what’s covered — and what isn’t. Labor vs. product coverage in plain language, with written terms on your proposal — not a vague “lifetime” pitch.
Ask about warrantiesWarranty ladder
Workmanship / labor
Coverage for our installation workmanship. Response timelines and written terms come with your proposal and warranty packet — not as vague marketing claims.
Manufacturer / product
Material warranties come from the manufacturer. On your job, we document the program that applies to the products we install — in writing, not as a slogan.
What’s typically not covered
Normal wear, storm events after install (unless a separate storm claim applies), improper maintenance, and alterations by others. Final exclusions follow your warranty documents — we will not oversell “lifetime” without a clear response commitment.

Good questions to ask on your proposal
- What’s the labor response window on my proposal?
- Which manufacturer program applies to these materials?
- What maintenance helps keep coverage valid?
- What’s excluded — storms, wear, or work by others?
Named manufacturer tiers belong on your job packet when materials are chosen.
